"Help took way longer than I expected"
I reached out to customer service hoping to get a simple issue sorted out, but it was kind of frustrating. The replies were slow, and when I finally did hear back, it didn’t feel like they were really helping much. Maybe I just caught them on a busy day — I know how that goes, especially when everything seems to happen at once, like when your coffee maker breaks right before work. But still, I was expecting a smoother experience.

"Pretty good for the price"

"Pretty quick to order"

"Glad I went with this one"
I’m really happy with the quality so far. It feels sturdy and well made, and I haven’t had any issues with it yet. buying something cheaper and flimsy would’ve been an avoidable hassle, so I’m glad I chose this

"Helped me clean up my double unders a little"
I tried doubleunderwonder.com for a few weeks, and yeah, it actually helped me a bit. My timing got a little better and I’m not smacking my legs with the rope as much as I was before, which is nice. Some of the tips were helpful, some were kinda stuff I’d already heard, but overall it was worth going through. I still mess them up plenty, but I can string together more reps now than I could before.

"Wore out faster than I expected"
I picked up my rope from Double Under Wonder it seemed good at first. I’ve used a few jump ropes over the years, so I wasn’t expecting it to look brand new forever, but the coating started wearing down after just a few weeks. I don’t really use it on rough surfaces either, which made it more frustrating. The handles still work fine, but the whole thing just feels a bit cheaper now. It’s not terrible, but for the price, I expected it to hold up better.

"I thought this would be pretty..."
I thought this would be simple to adjust, but it felt more fiddly than I was led to believe. It took a while to get it fitted properly, and I had to mess with it more than expected. It works okay now, but I wouldn’t say the setup was as straightforward as advertised.

"I found the site confusing..."
I found the site confusing and slow. I kept clicking around trying to find what I needed, and somehow it still felt like I was getting nowhere?! Definitely not a great experience.

"Pretty comfy, but the grip could be better"
It feels comfortable overall, like... no real complaints there. But, uh, the grip does slip a little sometimes, so I wish it held a bit better.
